- On the CloudCard Admin homepage, click the "Photos" button to go to the Photo List page.
- On the Photo List page, click "Deny" next
next to the photo you would like to deny, which will take you to the Deny Photo pagedisplay a dialog box. - Click the checkbox(es) next to the reason(s) for denial.
- Optionally, add a custom reason for denial in the "Other Reason" text field.
- Optionally, add a note to the cardholder in the "Note to Cardholder" text area.
- Click "Submit" at the bottom left of the screendialog box.
