  1. On the CloudCard Admin homepage, click the "Photos" button to go to the Photo List page.
  2. On the Photo List page, click "Deny" next to the photo you would like to deny, which will take you to the Deny Photo page.
  3. Click the checkbox(es) next to the reason(s) for denial.
  4. Optionally, add a custom reason for denial in the "Other Reason" text field.
  5. Optionally, add a note to the cardholder in the "Note to Cardholder" text area.
  6. Click "Submit" at the bottom left of the screen.

 

This will send an email to the cardholder notifying him that his photo was denied and giving the reasons for denial.
