The above timeline begins once we have received a purchase order. All of the projects included in the implementation phase are optional because there are plenty of times when some projects do not make sense for a customer. If a VAR is not involved in the implementation, CloudCard will assume responsibility for their projects.
Implementation Time
A- Plan: Most likely 1-2 weeks, although we’ve seen quicker. Necessary work includes customizing the colors, logo, emails. Additional training may be involved as well.
A+ Plan: It depends on your motivation, responsiveness, and position in the A+ Implementation Queue. The work is not the hard part, it’s all the back and forth. It’s feasible for schools positioned 1 and 2 in the queue to finish an implementation in 2 weeks. However, we’ve seen plenty of implementations go a lot longer.
