Create a Card Office User

  1. Either, create a cardholder account for the new card office user or find an existing cardholder..
  2. Clicking on the cardholder's name will take you to the "Edit Person" screen.
  3. Check the box next to "Change Password."
  4. Enter the card office user's new password and confirm the password.
  5. Under "Roles," check the box next to "Office".
  6. If the new office user should also be a director, check the box under "Roles" next to "Director."
  7. Click the "Save" button.
  8. Click on "People" in the navigation menu to return to the People Page.
